This looks like a hardware problem to me, maybe as simple as a cable not well connected to the screen. Then I guess no patent is needed: Atlas comes, blasts into oblivion the bad payer unless he manages to get away quickly enough, then just takes the car and drops it at the owner's garage (or not, he may choose to keep it though). Problem solved

Here in Luxembourg (Europe), a few weeks ago, we were "promised" 20 cm (~7.5 inches) of snow. We got less than 5 cm (<2 inches) for barely 1 day. Now it's warm as if we were at least in April.
