Hi is the FTP server down? I can't seems to get in the ftp server. Got this error message "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it". Anyone can tell me how come i get this error message?

IC. There is something that i hope you guys can alighten me. At the ftp site, i saw the 2003 episode sub folder and it contain smil file. Any idea how to open the file? Is that the 2003 episode?
