Thanks! However, I did find a WTGI 61 airing of the show and it had an amount of frame ghosting. Also, was the original airing overseas? Or was it early US syndication? And I can recreate the next episode preview music cuz of the Manga VHS tapes with their surplus footage.

No episode previews on the Siren version unfortunately. The episodes of the first 10 volumes (30 episodes) are in broadcast order, but there are gaps.
