Japan has some actual Atom ties, but nothing exactly like that.

But it's still a cool site with great fan art also can you tell the difference between art done by hand then scanned and what is done by program and if so what kind of program is most common?

At our high school we all have to wear ties every day. Now image if its the Atom School, we dress up in red boots, wear a green tushie, that tie and well...you know... clothes
