(It was a beautiful day at the Bangkok's edge Neighbourhood City where Charlie's Mansion and Tenma's Mansion are both located at the Neighbourhood's place at the 3 metres from the neighbourhood city.
which is 20 metres away from the downtown Bangkok's edge.Here you can see,is Tobio who parked his toy car at the post box with letter bags of letters and package.As tobio was very angry at the letter box whic have blocked his open door to step out of his car.and when tobio stepped out of his car he close the toy car door.)
Tobio :O h great ,just look at this mess full of mail letters from UK,USA.(Picks up the letter)And what's this.(reads the letter that says it's for tobio tenma.)Oh ,for me?(opens the letter and he saw a message from Canada and some Sachets of Canola Oil)(tobio reads the message)Tobio,This is Jadelle from Ontario.Please accept this sachets of canola oil for the taste of your wonderful goodness inside you.Sign,the Sandykids Canola oil company?!!!(he threws the message on the floor after he crumbles)Aah!! I hate canola oil.(tobio saw his house entrance full of letters and packages.)Oh,Just Look at my house gate,the letters are everywhere. What are the letter trucks on strike or something?
Letter truck Guy(driving at tenma's neighbourhood place):The elections of the kids are only 3 days to go,so re-elect to become mayor, and put some letters from the greatest Bangkok's edge city.Mayor tilton of the kids club.(and then the letter truck drives back to the post office for their parties)

(just then the hall monitor boys have placed every toy parking meters to raise revenue)

Well,let's just say.Mask jr is not..(walks off to change his clothes.)Now,i'm going to Pattaya to have a look around in this wonderful heritage places.but first.i think i need a shower.
(At Pattaya rail station,tobio takes a tram to pattaya's Old summer Palace of the King Rama the 7th.)

Tobio:I doubt nothing for him..so i'm kinda busy right now okay.

(Later that evening,Tobio takes a train back to bangkok's edge rail station.and in the bangkok's edge station.he takes a railway train back to tenma's neighbourhood place.)
(at the place,the mail van has arrived.)
Tobio :O h boy,the Mail van is here.well,it's about time for this van to pick up the letters..(just then.the two thugs in his mailman uniform stepped out of the van and grabbed tobio.)
Thug 01:If you're good enough to accompany us,His majesty the prince tilton would like to see you.(the two thugs takes tobio into the van and drives to the tiltons Palace of the Bangkok's edge.)
(in the Bangkok's edge palace.tobio sat quitely waiting for prince tilton.)

(tobio takes tiltons hands off him and ran into the meeting room to hide himself.)
Tobio(puffing):What's got into him.this is even bizarre than ever before.(just then.tilton the prince came into the room and when the double have revealed.)
