ASTROBOY in her " ultimate universal transformation form" look like her EARTH female form cause that was her robotic natural form!- So while telling MEGATRON off- she transmitted part of herself(she transform herself into a computer programming energy field) and went into the ship's "COMPUTERS PROGRAMMING SYSTEMS" and overpower the defenses use in the systems and reprogram the ship to leave the EARTH solar system WITH ALL WEAPONS DISABLED!
STAYING in her natural robotic form and also being able to transform into the "computer programming energy field" at the same time was a big advantage cause MEGATRON did not know until it was to late his ship had been reprogrammed! PLUS ASTROBOY made the ship's main computer voice a female's voice like hers! SHE TOTALLY CONTROLLED THIS "male robotic" SHIP....................!

"HI- OPTIMUS- what should i do with the matrix i absorb from MEGATRON?"
"KEEP it if you can if it is safe for you to have its power- in your hands it will not be dangerous!"
