Also, remember when I told you that you had a "spacing problem" in your first story? I never did look to see what you did to try and correct it; what I was trying to tell you, though, is that it's all one big, long story. There are chapters, sure, but FF shows it as one big chapter. Your other stories avoided this problem, but this one in particular still registers as one whole thing; no chapter count.
Also, I've been meaning to ask: what exactly IS a pastiche? I think that I can gather an inferred definition, or at least part of one, but I like being sure. (Reading Comprehension: my forté. ^-^; )
Actually, I did go back and repost the first story after fixing the spacing issue. I now know better.
Also I should have broken it up into chapters using the tools on FF, but what I had done was to upload an existing single document file containing the entire story. The later works were done a chapter at a time and uploaded to FF that way. Again, I could re-edit and re-submit the first work. I'd actually like to break that one up into TWO stories as the first part with the bio background of Tenamann could (and maybe should) be a prequel.A pastiche is like a parody except that it celebrates rather than mocks the work it imitates. I'm probably not using the word EXACTLY in the way it is intended, but it was the closest description I could find to what I was doing. IE: I'm not using the same setting or characters (except for Astro, and Tenamann is sorta like Tenma, I even made the name similar). Sorta like Starwars is a kind of pastiche of Buck Rodgers, if you see what I mean.
