Got an email from the library that the Castle in the sky DVD I put on hold is in, will watch it over the weekend. Maybe it might inspire another crossover story?

The whole idea of my manga "Kazenoya: The House That Soared Through the Wind" was inspired by Castle in the Sky....and Astro Boy, of course. ;)
I joined this forum in late 2013 when I was 15 going on 16. Ignore my oldest posts, they embarrass me so much that I've considered permanantly leaving the forum more than once. I've grown out of my fangirling phase over Black Jack, Atom and Uran ages ago but the memories still embarrass me at times... :unsure: Though, I try to be more open-minded about it and accept it as an "interesting stage of my life". :tezuka:

Oh! Castle in the sky! I've seen that movie when I was younger. (I grew up watching Miyazaki's films. The first one I saw was Kiki's delivery service when I was about 5.) I loved it! ^^!

Should change the title of this thread.
I just watched "Castle in the Sky" this morning.
The story was like a different take on the Atlantis legend in a way.
It was also a bit 'Steampunk' in some of the art style, and the way the flying machines were pictured. I like Steampunk.
