Very well done, I have but one critique:

He is just a bit too slender; perhaps if he were a teenager he might have those proportions. Do you have a copy of Let's Draw Manga: Astroboy?

No, sorry ^^'' Here in Italy there's nothing like that. Btw, I drew him seeing the comic (Astro Boy 2003) and some shots. I hope to improve proportions, with time...
