Yes, I edited this sprite from a few preexisting 8-bit Robot Masters.
This is the leader of the militant robot-supremacist organization known as the Robot Liberation Party. I'm stuck on choosing a name for him, I'm mostly trying to stick to a music-based theme, as you can see in the choices. I'm not 100% sure which one would fit him, so I'd allow for a vote.
