ASTRO BOY POET! RIGHT HERE!!!

Hello!!!!
So today in class, we had to write a poem, the teacher said it could be about anything, so of course I picked to do mine on astro boy.

But then the teacher said we had to read it aloud for a grade! Oh, no..

Of course I was the last to go, I heard some pretty bizarre ones before me about Mickey mouse, steak, and even Justin bieber, so I thought mine wasn't gonna attract to much attention but I was wrong, anyways, heres what I wrote

The mighty-atom
stands guard over the futuristic metro city
Awaiting his call to adventure
He felt empty in side
for even though he looked like a human
looks can be deceiving
The Mighty-Atom was a soul
Trapped inside is metal exterior
Yearning for a way out
The young humanoid sheds a single tear
Making him feel human once more

Wow! That should have attracted attention, and for all the right reasons!

It's beautiful, sad, but persistent in hope for the future. That's our hero (and the message he sends us). Hope you got a good grade, because you deserve it.
