hello how posting a gif picture made with gifmaker(tagged memecenter.com on my gifs),and where on category of deviation?

(one of persons of deviantart (one name Astrogirl2008) explains me but i've don't understand like "gifts"ect..)

i try categories : Traditional Art / Animations / Colored animation but it's dosen't work : Cry:: Cry:: Cry:

Uploading those GIFs would be against deviantART's TOS as they use content which you don't have permission to use.
