Now the crossover connection is quite clear as the Joker meets Dr. Tenma.

Hrm, are you sure it needs that high a rating? Granted, I haven't read it yet, but... you once included Astro torpedoing through- well, I don't know how to tag my spoilers; but yeah, if you could get away with a teen rating for that, then I doubt you'd need something that strong for the Joker. It's not the movie Batman, btw, is it? Because I never saw those, and have minimal interest in them (I think I saw a watered down version of the first one on TV once; not sure how much attention I paid to it at the time).

Aw well now, I hate it when people use that idea. The body, I mean; it's been done before, or at least, in a similar case...

I should do something about this concept, myself, though... it doesn't always have to turn out evil, y'know...

I just reviewed part one.

This is what I wrote;

I'm glad I finally got to read this, I was unsure how exactly you were going to tie in Astro Boy and Batman with the Joker but now I can see where you are going with it and it makes sense. It was a joy to read.

However there were a few things that are a little 'off' with this story in reference to the current trend of Batman;

Batman does not refer to anyone as 'citizen' anymore unless he is being very sarcastic.
Albert might actually be Alfred the butler.

I was actually really impressed with how you wrote the Joker, he is creepy and really hard to like. Perfect. I also like how you explained how Jason's boots were gone (something that always bugged me).

Keep up the good work.

I'll read the next chapter in a little bit.

As for the rating I think that is very fair as to how it's sounding and where it may go.

I went back and fixed that. One advantage of posting on FF.net over ABOL. You can go back and edit your mistakes a long time after posting!

I'm working on chapter 3 now. I need to capture what's running though my mind before it evaporates. You think the Joker is creepy? I'm going to make him perverted next.

Well I think I described enough of how the persona of Joker has evolved over the years in that PM I sent you. Looking forward to the rest.

Though looking back for the sake of this forum it may be a good idea to not link chapters that MAY have explicit scenes (whether sexual or overly violent). Though I'm not sure if you're going to get that graphic or not.

Perversion is fine, but overly sexual things for the forum is a no-no.

Well that leaves me in a small lurch. Considering the intended audience it might be best if I toned down my latest idea just a tad. Maybe I'll send you and AprilSeven a preview via PM beforehand and let you give an opinion. As I have explained, the "M" rating was used a a CYA only because I considered literally what the guidelines on FF.NET described, "T" does allow for violence up to a point.... it's debatable if I've crossed it yet....

Hey, you are going to be mentioned in chapter 4, sorta kinda.

I'll certainly give a warning if any chapters contain something potentially disturbing. I only have one scene in mind that might contain such material. I've PM'ed the idea outline to you Earthshine.
