Yeah, outside of Uran/Zoran (who I suspect someone here may want), the 03 Astro personalities are the ones I figured out.

Astro hurriedly flew to the clinic when he heard about the injured Shunsaku. His ears did pick up the news earlier but he had to protect the city from some other threat at the time.

The robot boy dashed into the operation room. He worriedly questioned the people in the room.

"Sorry I'm late! Is Shunsaku doing okay?"

/ok, everybody listen up, I want you to imagine yourselves as your charactors when you read my post, i want you to imagine to think about my post, ok, this post will be gross for you but for me this is an awesome oppertunity everybody just to be warned this is not for weak stomachs/

Seeing every one here I sighed in somewhat relief that everyone was in their scrub and ready, I turned around and stood.

"Tenma, O’Shay, Cora, and listen especially carefully, i know none of you have any experiences with anything medical so i will make this clear for each of you. I am head surgeon, what I do is my way of work, you will do as I say when I say, no questions no arguments, everything is one time and perfect, no accidents no further problems” I stated firmly and bluntly

I turned my attention to Cora,

"Cora, you will be my nurse, you are my assistant when i need my tools on the table here"

I nodded to the table of my surgical utensils.

“You will also get what ever I need, gages, fluid tubes, everything that I said I need, also you will watch me as well, one rule if you drop anything… leave it where it fell one it hits the floor what ever it is it is useless to me” I stated

I turned my attention to O’Shay

“O’Shay, you are a Doctor, you will administer the drugs in the IV, extract and retract when I say, use some of the instruments but only when told to specifically, you will do everything that involves extra hands for me, understand?

I turned my attention to Tenma,

“Tenma, here a job I think will be in your field slightly, you’re a machine tech, you check everything piece of medical equipment, the cardio pace maker listen for that beat if it goes to slow or too fast I should know about it, his breathing, his everything thing if something goes wrong I want to hear about it, if something goes wrong with the equipment, I don’t think you’ll have too much difficulty there”

“You will be quick on your feet but careful, you will be working but alert, you will be quiet but responsive, you must be perfect, I expect no less, if you talk to me it better be related for the operation, I will tell you where to find something but be quick to retrieve, not for idle chit chat, also tired as you will and as long as this will be you must stay awake as much as possible, I am not in business for failure” I warned

They all stood and I walked over to the patient, luckily everyone was on time for the operation.

“Masks, latex gloves, stations everyone, Tenma, by the machinery, O’Shay, on the other side of table, Cora, my right side” I ordered

“Everyone remember what I said, I am not in the business for failure…We will begin the operation” I said
Tenma turned to Machines, O’Shay was waiting for me, and Cora was ready. I was ready

“Cora, Scalpel #10” I asked

She handed me my scalpel and I cut from underneath his armpit to up to his middle of his chest, returned down to where I started and cut up halfway of his collarbone then I cut down from there then I asked

“Cora, Retractor, forceps, and hemostatic clamp” I asked

“O’Shay tissue tray” I asked

“Tenma how is he holding? I waited a response

Then I heard the door open where I saw Astro come in asking for Daddy
Walrus’s progress. He interrupted surgery

“ASTRO GET OUT! GET OUT GET OUT! I yelled at the boy

/ok, listen, everybody needs to respond, ok, if this a surgery that means everybody answers, ok, I like my character I’m just having a ball XD I love this post and post after /

(Bare in mind, I know almost nothing about medical surgery. So if I do goof up, it's because of me and not intentionally. =P I'll be using quotes to make it easier for me to respond. Also, it's probably for the very best to not provide pictures of the surgery. I know that clicking on the links is optional, but it's better not to provide them.)

Tenma quickly shook the thoughts out of his mind, nodding firmly as he listened intently. There was no time for his dazed thoughts to remain in his head. He had agreed to this, and knew that he would have to follow to save Shunsaku Ban.

He couldn't help but feel his gut twist and turn though. He wasn't just very nervous for Shunsaku Ban's life, but also what he might witness during this operation. He had to ignore this feeling too though, and as it turned out, Cora would be a nurse and O'Shay would help with the medicine. It certainly was all very odd.

I turned my attention to Tenma,

Tenma again nodded firmly, and took a quick glance at the machines he was directed to. He had approached them and studied them with his eyes quickly but carefully. They were all pretty similar to the ones that he had worked with before in the Ministry of Science, and should be simple enough for him to monitor and work with. He turned his attention to the pace maker and saw that the heart beat still seemed to be normal.

"His heart beat is still regular, for now." Tenma had confirmed.

Without saying or doing anything else, Tenma had hurried to put on his mask and latex gloves. He had to briefly leave to find them, but quickly returned to his station afterwards, and kept his firm eyes on them like the gaze of an eagle.

The operation had begun. Tenma had heard the flesh being cut, and the others working, but had dared not to turn his attention away from where he was supposed to be at. Even then, perhaps he couldn't stomach seeing what was taking place behind him anyway. The machines he was watching was better for him.

“Tenma how is he holding? I waited a response

Then I heard the door open where I saw Astro come in asking for Daddy

"His heart beat still appears to be regular." Tenma answered immediately.

(Note: Unless Uran&Astro says that Shunsaku's heart beat has changed, then I won't say that it has changed much.)

Then suddenly came the entrance of Astro Boy, and Tenma couldn't help but turn his head to the robot boy. His eyes had widened.

'Tobi-... No, I have to keep focusing!' Tenma thought to himself and immediately turned back to the equipment.

The presence of Astro Boy was discomforting, but he tried to not let it get to him. He would deal with him later.

/if so far you're grossed out, like i said my posts will not be for the faint of heart or weak stomach, but if the pictures bother you and think that they're uncomfortable then so be it I did it just to for the curious but then again most peopel i know don't have such interest nor stomach as i so i'm sorry for posting/


After hearing Tenma’s ok about the patient so far then, with the slight disruption of Astro’s untimely entrance, I was a mix and relief and grief but I returned to the patient. With successfully extracting a piece of skin from the patient’s chest along with muscle tissue, I need another tool.

“Cora, rib spreader, is in the storage cabinet over by the sink, third drawer; it looks like a beam compass”

A rib spreader is a type of retractor specifically designed to separate ribs in thoracic surgery. I looked like an upside down beam compass only with turntable knob, I looked at the damage done by his accident; his lung was punctured deeply, he was lucky that it didn’t go to his heart then he’d be in trouble. As I waited for Cora and the spreader, I continued to examine the wound then my forehead was beginning to sweat. I couldn’t move my hands without contaminating the scalpel. I turned my head up to O’Shay who looked rather pale as I asked

“O’Shay, can you swab my forehead, please? I asked

"Tenma, how is the patient this far? I asked

I remember this is not gender specific (i.e. boys be boys and girls be girls) because if it is not and AprilSeven wants to be Astro (like Alittleacorn said), then could I be Epsilon?

Anyway...

But O'Shay wasn't going to let Astro go so easily. "Astro!" He cried, and ignoring Black Jack's angry stare he ran out to greet him. Astro was also glad to meet the doctor and they ran towards each other. Then he told Astro about the operation. "Don't call the ambulance, Astro" O'Shay said to a puzzled Astro. We don't want to set Black Jack off". "I'll walk you home, if you like", knowing that Black Jack would be angry at him but also he wanted to escape the arguments and hustle of the operating room.

"O'SHAY, I NEED ALL THE HELP THAT I CAN GET AT THIS POINT, you cannot simply desert a pateint exspecailly someone you know! if you want Daddy Walrus awake by tomorrow you need to get back in here" i reminded him

I needed O'Shay's help i had my reason for him and Tenma working in the same room to help perhaps heal some wounds between them.I've read about the both of them and they would work together if they try. But in this situation as much of a pain i am at the moment, he cannot walk out on me.

"O'Shay! Please! I yelled again

Suddenly, O'Shay remembered the good times with Daddy Walrus! How he had helped him on his investigations and how they went fishing together...It made him seem selfish to even think about leaving him. "Oh. Sorry, got a bit carried away" O'Shay said. He didn't want Black Jack to know that he was actually intending on leaving. After saying a goodbye to Astro, he went back inside.
