It's from 'Uran The Tomboy', just mirror-inverted. It's weird how an Astroboy-screenshot can become completely new by slightly confusing the sense of orientation.

i was just looking at the two pictures strange wings posted of Astro boy, and it shows the diffrence between the 2003 astro and the 1980's the 2003 astro has more expristion. when the 1980's astro looks more jazzyer as i would call it.

Really? To me it's the other way around. I'm finding the 80's Astro to be a lot more expressive than the '03 one, but to each his own.
You can't compare those 2 pics anyway. The one I posted in the general section seems to come from the manga release. A manga drawing very often comes across as more emotional than a 'frozen' picture taken from some animated series.

Really? To me it's the other way around. I'm finding the 80's Astro to be a lot more expressive than the '03 one, but to each his own.
