thats good it's looks so easy to make, i realy should try and do one with panit or some thing. but i can't get the picture what is saved on my computer on to this form into a post

Well, this one was easy to make... The funny thing is that this was really Bruton's foot, but when I saw the result I thought I might as well have drawn it myself, it wouldn't have made any difference...

To put a picture here, you have to get an account on a server (I suggest Photobuket), upload the picture from your hard drive to your account, and then paste the URL here in between [ IMG ] [ /IMG ] tags (I added spaces because otherwise we wouldn't have been able to see them in this message). Photobucket even provide the link with those tags, so it's just a matter of copying the link there and paste it in your message.

I think Mr Skunk meant to remove elements in the picture.

Yes, it's possible to do so, but it's a lot more easier when one works with a software such as Photoshop or Gimp and uses layers in the first place, because then it's possible to move, edit or make a layer disappear or reappear with just one click. This is how I had assumed you had created the picture. Otherwise, I guess you'd have to start from scratch.
