In preparation for the 150th annual Semaphore competition's finals round in which contestants must signal the entire text of War & Peace, Atom works out with 2 ton spheres of depleted uranium while standing on the wing of a jet that is travelling at mach 0.9 while pasengers yell their funniest jokes into megaphones. :D
