Here is the list so far, MightyAstro will not be participateing at the moment becuase of personal problems but will be checking the thread and so on.

Ladies and Gentlemen i ask you one more time to read again the guidelines,throughly and remember that these will be enforced.

/note: they have been modified and will be modified after the first plot/

1) For characters:
because this is a Tezuka themed fan site, the Role play needs to be centered about the theme about the Tezuka world.

a) the character must be from the Tezuka world.

b)fan made characters are allowed, however, should a that character be similar to a character from the Tezuka world, out of respect of Tezuka it would be a form of disrespect,however,depending on which version,the character must at least have some of the recognizing characteristics (Astro is mature, Uran is mischievous, Tenma is emotionally in pain ext.)

c) a player can have up to a maximum of three characters

2) Site rules:
the site has rules and guidelines of it own,

a) regarding, on what kind of plot and its theme

b) what, is appropriate content

3) Etiquette:
the word speaks for itself, even in terms of Role play,
because of recent events in RP threads,it is best for the Role players to have a list of Etiquette.

a) a list of players with characters their choice, should post as much as they can within their time and after an x number of posts, each player wait until a different player posts.


b) a plot needs a pattern of players and their characters

c) if one player needs a break, allow them and a player in the thread can barrow the character until the player is ready to play again, however should more then two should need a a break then the rp is at a pause and then it can be taken up again. after an x number of pages of posts the rp can take a break and talk about the plot so far.

d)do not rush anything, be patient, basic manners.

e)avoid off topic conversations during the rp.

f) if players wish to exclude completely then they tell the host not in the thread.

The troubles in the current and past Role Play threads are as listed

1)impatience in the plot and in posting (i admit to both)

2) too many post but from few people (this as well)

3) people joining and then excluding themselves

4)Penalty:
Becuase of these past problems, MightyAstro and I have decided,to prevent the troubles listed above that has happened in the past Role Play threads, to make a Penalty for the troubles in the thread,for both Impatience and overposting. We will review any time at any day for these issues, if not then please PM one of us about it and we will see to the matter.

the first two PM will be a reminder the third will a final warning

for impateince in posting will call for a one day "Thread Abstinence"

for impatience in Plot will call for a two day "Thread Abstinence"

to disregard of the Abstinence and post otherwise will be ignored by the other players as a reminder and for the remainder of the abstinence. These prevent troubles in the thread and with the players and the plot.

Metro City, Ministry of Science, Today is a science convension being held by Dr.O'Shay featuring a new creation with a secret by Dr.Shima May Yumi aka Hoshie is a visiting Scientist from an Organization supporting the convention. Tenma who is a sceintist and working in the Ministry, is also participating and Astro has been called by Tawashi for security measures in fear that Skunk and Rock are in it together to steal the secret creation by Dr.Yumi. what will happen? It was going to be a long day, Tenma thought to himself as he stood facing the large, spacious window of his office in the Ministry of Science. How he managed to keep his job after his 'little, insane outburst' several months back was beyond him, and his mind still often wandered back to that time. Yes, even as he stood there and watched ships and capsules fly by, he almost felt like he was standing at the edge of Metro City and eying it again like old times, just minus the black trench coat that swayed in the breeze and those sunglasses that hid his brown eyes. But either way, there was something about the ambiance around him that told him that it wouldn't be a very good day. He couldn't quite tell why, it just felt like that.

Granted yes, the clouds outside were turning dark and were about to rain, and Tenma loved nothing more than the rain unless it was a miserable drizzle, he just had a feeling that today wouldn't be calming. Perhaps even stressful.

Several weeks ago, an announcement had came that a woman named Dr. Shima May Yumi will be arriving to present a new top-secret creation to the Ministry of Science. So top-secret in fact, that even Inspector Tawashi and Astro Boy will have to be called in for security measures. Tenma didn't like either one of them, least of all Astro, but he knew that it would be for the best.

And while he was certainly no longer the head of the Ministry anymore, all scientists employed here were to be present. And frankly, the unveiling of this new creation had gotten Tenma quite curious. But he still had that gut feeling that something will turn up wrong, and not by him.

He sighed as he returned to his vast desk, holding a small briefcase with some unsorted papers in. He promptly began to organize these to pass the time. He knew that the new doctor should be arriving at any time now, and he had to pass the time.

I was in the backseat of a limousine,driving infront of a truck leading to the Ministry of Science. I was tired slightly,very hungry, and nervous. I sat in the limo with alot on my mind, will the project not flop, will things not get messy or complicated, will things get out of hand, will he be there thinking about that was uncomfortably nerve-racking. I've brushed out my now shorter wavy hair to pass the time and at the same time thinking about him, wondering if he would notice me at first glance or will he figure it out? I haven't left him completely, i've always felt torn becuase i did the one thing i promiced myself would never do,then my thoughts broke when I heard

"We are here,Madame" the driver spoke

"Ok"

"Remember the protocol should anything go wrong" he reminded me

"Yes, I know"

The door opened and i stepped out. I stepped out with my black dress shoes and in my red dress pants and white blouse with a black frilled lace around my neck and collar and purse and briefcase.As soon as i walked off from the limo I saw Astro with Inspector Tawashi organizing his squad and they turned and went like dogs. I saw the younger men all look at me and whisper and giggle.I turned and yelled at the handiman who was also gazing at me with interest.I spoke

"Will you hurry up, I want to keep schedual! I demaned and he followed me and i walked up the steps then the men soon followed as i walked inside. I went to the main deck and spoke.

"Excuse me,Hi, I am looking for the Ministers office is he in? I asked

"Not yet, but he said that you can see Dr.Tenma about the prentation and the project" She said

"Ok, where is he now?

"He is in his office on the 79 floor straight down he hall to where you read "Head of Advanced Robotics and Technology" on his door he'll be there most likely" she said

"thank you"I said

then i turned and saw a huge crowd of men behind me.I froze as she said

"This is a first, usually they don't like this unless a celebrity comes in for directions"

hearing that.I walked passed the crowd with the man behind me and ran to the elevator and waited for the handiman and then the elevator went up and i pressed the 79th floor up.after a few minutes later the doors open to the last door at the end of the hall I breath in relief in a few minutes of walking out of the elevator then i heard.

"THERE SHE IS! A mans voice spoke out then i ran and behind me was the group of men from ealier ran behind me.I ran towards the door and opened to be push forward on to another person on a desk i think. I closed my eyes and prayed for worse.

I heard the door close and then i looked up

Things will go well, things will go well, Tawashi had thought this over and over through his head. He, and Astro Boy, had been given strict orders by the Ministry of Science to keep watch over the area with the greatest care and ensure that nothing suspicious were to happen. This was nothing new to Inspector Tawashi and his squads that he often led, they were all used to guarding valuables and places of interests from all sorts of villains and wrong-doers that he and Astro Boy had encountered many a time. And at those memories, he rolled his eyes.

But this time was different. Not only was he supposed to keep the entire area secure with the help of that atomic robot that he was obviously not fond of, but this time a new invention was going to be presented at the Ministry, a top-secret one of utmost importance. He and Astro Boy couldn't really attend the unveiling, and even if their hands weren't busy, well they still couldn't go see as only the scientists at the Ministry may get a first look and inspection. Tawashi understood this, and even then, he wasn't too fond of machines and robots. Even after all of the things Astro and other good robots have done before, he still could never trust them.

And so obviously, having to stand around with Astro Boy was less than thrilling for him. He tried to keep himself occupied from the boy however by bossing around the officers, assigning them stations to stand and keep watch. But in the end, this hadn't lasted long, soon he had ran out of orders to give. And so there he just stood, with Astro Boy, arms crossed as he tried to ignore the presence of the other.

It was shortly after that a limo came up, and Tawashi immediately recognized who it was transporting. He knew that Dr. Yumi would be inside it, and Tawashi was given a description of her earlier. After all, you never be too careful. He had excepted the fair lady with brown hair just as the description foretold. When she came out, the description did fit her perfectly, however Tawashi hadn't expected her to be such a pretty looking woman. He found himself with his jaw lowered, only to quickly shut his mouth. The other men around them had also started to gawk at her, which didn't surprise Tawashi too much.

But when he had noticed the other officers looking at her and making ooh's and aah's, his eyebrows had lowered in anger.

"Hey! I didn't order you to look at women! Get back to your posts immediately!!" He shouted at them.

/yes, O'shay wasn't there yet and she was to go there and talk to him about the project and this was a way for Androids to make an appearence with her character later on/

(I would just like to ask, what exactly does "overposting" mean? For example, if user A posts then user B posts, then user A posts then user C posts then user A posts again, then is user A overposting?)
