I think if we could decide upon what the "Yakimura Drive" really is, who wants it, what would happen of X or Y get it, we might be able to have a race between the "good" and the "bad" characters, to get it or to control it.

Could we start rp in this forum that aren't about tezuka at all? Like wolf pack or something. Would we have to put it in the general section?

Yes, you can start one here. There is already a game that has nothing to do with Tezuka, after all. Perhaps you could just make it clear that it isn't about Tezuka in the first post?
