This frame is from Dororo. Dororo is ill and during his delerium, he talks in his sleep, revealing his past. This image is part of that revelation. Boon is apparently a crime lord, & Dodoro's papa, while Hamegg is his right hand man. Lamp (not shown) is a cop. After an argument between Boon & Hamegg, Hamegg, true to his character, betrays Boon. What follows is terribly sad, as Dororo's family is cast out of the organization, & must scavenge for food.
