Jeffbert's caption beats by far ALL captions for this image I even had troubles to read until the end because I was crying because of excess laugh

I think I got the inspiration for that lat caption from an Onstar radio ad. A kid called & said that his mommy was sick, & added "I'm 5".

As you can see, surgery can't be improvised. This is a poor robot slaughtered by apprentices who were just asked to repaint the hair. Now eyes are too small and their color was changed from brown to blue

Hmmm... Maybe the caption is best read with the accent of the rocket scientist of the Simpsons
