I was trying something and thought it might be a little bit easier if the contrasts were a little better, so I took a screenshot from my own DVD. I think it's a little better, but hope you won't mind...

 Sure I don't mind, it's much better like that. In fact I first was looking for that very pic in the '80's screenshots' thread since your pics are in far better quality than mine.
It looks great! B)

Astro, reading: "We have sent you the 1980 Astroboy Collector Edition by International Bottle Mail. As you know, this delivery system is not very reliable, so we hope that in the improbable case you actually receive our package, you will receive also the 2 other packages you requested: a TV and a DVD reader. Trully yours, the director."
The real sign that someone has become a fanatic is that he completely loses his sense of humor about some important facet of his life. When humor goes, it means he's lost his perspective.

But where will Astro plug his TV and DVD player?

Well, there is a solution! It's Magic Plug:
Image

It's a small plug that you can put everywhere (even on a tree, as shown above), and you get electricity! :D

It was a commercial here that parodied those American informercials, and the ending slogan was: "If it existed, we'd have it". An entire series of ads was featuring amazing but impossible products. That was one of the best ad I've ever seen! It's too bad I couldn't find a vid of it! :( But if you want the full text, it's under the "Bronze" title here. That commercial series was awarded a lot of prizes here.

For those who understand French, here are a few videos of ads featuring impossible products: http://www.hysterie.qc.ca/editions/2005042...25/bourrage.htm.

I think you meas 'ad' rather than 'add.'

I wish I had seen that commercial.
