Do you mean your phone's firmware is too new to jailbreak, or the jailbreak software is too new to jailbreak your phone?

Which would be 4.3. I do believe that 4.3 does not have an unteathered jailbreak yet, but I'm not sure since I haven't checked. If there was an untethered jailbreak, it would still be in beta testing right now and would only be available to Mac users. All I can say is be patient and I'll let you know when the jailbreak for 4.3 is officially released.

I am doing a big update to my theme to make it a lot better but it is quite time consuming and with school and sports during the week, my hands are full, but I'll try to get it updated by next week at the earliest.
