i found this site while a google (japan) search
it doesn't have the whole series though. 1960s astro boy episodes. Sorry no subtitles.

This is great - Thanks Solarcat20. They seem to only go up to episode 36, I would dearly love to see some of the episodes never released to the English speaking world...the search goes on!
