Ochanomizu is showing Atom & Uran the city's massive subway system.


These two are just bored, & looking for fun.

Once again, Dr. Ochanomizu uses his ECTOPSYCHOSCOPE, but--





I have only a vague idea of what happens next:



It appears these people have been knocked-out, but I do not recall why.







Now, we see the readout of the slug fragment's memory:







This explains the slug's behavior.


I cannot understand why they must risk children's lives in the battle against the slug.




This frame, especially, lends to the 1980s episode I mentioned.


Who would have thought they would use this?

Giant snails? AGAIN??!!

I wonder why Astro just didn't go get a big bag of salt, like in "One Million Mammoth Snails!!" I guess this must have been one that got away!!

That picture of Dr. Elefun as a baby is a RIOT!!! Poor little thing!

Funny, that monster in the subway tunnels reminded me a lot of the beginning of Men in Black II. Can't believe I still remember that film.

I love the scene with the ectopsychoscope showing Dr. Ochanomizu as a toddler, and Astro & Uran laughing at him.

The episode is like a blend of 'Gernica' with 'The Runaway Subway Train'.
