Only in the anime, and only once. Still, those being some form of antennae on Cobalt's head is sort of a headcanon of mine.

Well, if Astro and Cobalt were more violent and capable of harming people, they could totally stab people with their hair spikes~ That'd be one deadly headbutt right there. :I

Fun fact: in the manga, Atom head-bashes his enemies all the time. O.O; Of course, they're robots, so I don't think it would have quite the same effect... also, his top spike seems to move back a little when he's charging. It seems rounded on one side, anyway.
