How many out there remember the TV series Knight Rider?
K.I.T.T. (Knight industries Two Thousand) was a robot car with quite an IQ. You could almost think of him as having Astro's AI, but he was a Pontiac Trans-AM. (remember his laser scanner in front?).

KITT had an evil twin too. K.A.R.R. (Knight automated roving robot) was the prototype for KITT. You could almost think of KARR as KITT with the Omega factor, so KARR was sorta like Atlas!

Which gives me an idea for a story. What if KARR's AI was discovered years later and actually WAS the basis for the Omega factor? Skunk discovers KARR, soups him up, and has a robot getaway car to commit his crimes. Then a 75 year old Michael Knight shows up and teams up with Astro and KITT to find KARR and Skunk.
