I just find the solution. I unpluged my router to connect my computer directly on my modem, and I disabled my antivirus. And now it works... !

Beware! you are basically shutting down all your protections You should try to find a solution to the problem as quickly as possible. My guess would be that you need to instruct your router to open a TCP port and redirect it to your computer, probably 20 or 21.
