If I could translate THIS part right here, that might be of some help. I've translated Skunk, Epsilon, and Denkou's profiles, but it doesn't explain anything about a connection. If somebody could translate that blue arrow right there, it might tell us something.

Note that some arrows are bi-directional, while others are not. The arrow here, points from Skunk to the circle; however, the other arrow points from the circle to Atom.

Notice that arrows connecting Shadow to the robots he created or rebuit point from him to them; however, while Tenma created Shadow, the arrow between them is bidirectional.

Most of the arrows make sense, except for Skunk and Epsilon, and the other two you mentioned. And also, why are Denkou and Epsilon in that circle? I can understand why Atom's friends are, but I didn't think D and E knew each other....

I GOT IT!!!!.... you know some time's the people who made the site can get it wrong.... so when DrFrag came up with they both have green hair i had a brain storm!... so i think the people who made the site thought espilon and denkou both have green hair so there brother and sister
