2003 - All mixed up!

Has anyone got a list of the chronological order of the 2003 series? The only real problems I've noticed so far is that the Pluto story which features Uran, er sorry, Zoran takes place a long time before she is created. Also the Neon Express episode features the Kato character & Astro & O'Shay mention his 'attack against the ministry of science' several times, though I've yet to see an epside about this attack (I'm about half way through the series so far).

So yeah, has anyone made a list of the proper order? Or, if the japanese version is in the proper order, can anyone point me in the direction of a japanese episode list?
