I had some ideas for Astroboy music videos. If I had the right equipment i'd make these but sadly I don't. Tell me what you think of them. I thought of mostly using scenes from the new series because that what I know best.

You'll be in my heart by Phil Collins for Astro and Ochanamizu.
I thought this song worked. Esspecially with lines like "I know we're different but deep inside us we're not that different at all."

And then a hero comes along. Defenitly a song for Astro.

The cute song from Animaniacs for Uran. If you've heard it, you know why.

It would be a great idea indeed. Collins always had a good voice for animation-soundtracks. Too bad it's difficult to contact Phil himself, I think he sure would love to do
a music video dedicated to Astroboy B) .

As far as I'm concerned, for the battlescenes soundtracks I would choose the
metalband Savatage. The refrain from one of their songs is like:

"Power of the night
The call of the wild
Power of the night
Raise the fist of the metal child"

Actually, Astro IS a metal child .

I've been working on a video to the theme 'It's My Time to Fly' from the Titan A.E. soundtrack. It's coming along slowly, though, due to my limited free time.

What are you using to put it together?

I used VirtualDub when I did the Cartoon Heros AMV and it took ages because I had to work it all out on paper first.

I use Adobe Premiere. Not, really, my favourite choice but it's all I have to work with. I'd much rather use Avid software, which I used in college, but I have neither the hardware nor the cash for that and I'm no longer in college to borrow the suite.
