Yep that's right, a FREE screening of Atom in Sydney, Australia. SUAnime will be screening an episode from the 80's series AND the first of the 2003 (new episodes) subtitled. It's all part of our Retro Anime event next Tuesday called Anime Rewind.
We'll also be screening Samurai Pizza Cats, Sailor Moon, and maybe Transformers or Robotech (pending authorisation).
Location: University of Sydney, Manning Bar (Manning building Lvl 2) which is on Manning Rd in Darlington. Ask for map from me if confused.
Date & Time: 8pm Tuesday 23rd March
Cost: FREE and everyone is welcome, Uni student or not!
Pizza will be available on the night, $4 per half. There will also be a short trivia in which you can win an Anime DVD

Just to remind you guys that this is on tomorrow night
Planning to get one more episode of Atom in before the event officially starts so at 7:30 we'll be shoing the Runaway Train from the 80's series.
Series we are showing:

ep1 of new Atom series (about 10pm)
and last but not least Mysterious Cities of Gold!

Yeah, it was the showing of the 80s series I think. It was broadcast 11 times from 1982 to 1991. Everyone saw it and knows about it, even if they're not fans.
I bought a tape of the 60s series a couple of years ago and had it converted to PAL format at a local tape dubbing shop. Even they remembered Astro from the 60s.
