Are these signs for a site's corruption?

I feel the temptation to send them a message, but I think I'll leave it.

Whether it is a sign of corruption is not exactly trivial, but the phone numbers of the administrative contact are highly suspect in my opinion The fact that homestead.com is hosted by http://www.networksolutions.com is also suspect for me. Not that http://www.networksolutions.com is suspect by itself, but it is a homepage center.
Moreover, http://www.networksolutions.com was implied (not obligatory guilty) in a recent online fraud:

If you look in the article itself, you can find where http://www.networksolutions.com was implied:
