Metro City's prison system

Metro City's prison system seems rather defective. Both Skunk & Katari broke out, & were free to do their mischief. Perhaps its the parole or judicial system that causes the problem. However, we are certain that Skunk broke out of prison on no fewer than one occasion, why should we suspect either the courts or the bail bond system? It is not quite as bad as Gotham City's criminal justice system, that cannot hold on to any criminals, though.

You say Katari so I guess you're talking about the 2003 version? Can't say for him, but didn't Skunk get broken out by Jumbo?

On one occasion Skunk did employ Jumbo in his escape. But he was the bad guy in several other episodes that came later.

If Katari is that anti-robot guy that attacked the robot farm, then I know what you mean. There he was in Uran's first episode like he'd been set free:huh: . And poor Uran suffered because of that. Also at the end of the episode he just walks away, and no one pressed charges, lame. <_< What a crappy justice system they have. Hey Tawashi, you should pay more attention to your inmates and criminals at large instead of pointing the finger at Astro.
