Is there still suposed to be a movie? The last I heard about a movie was in 2000. I've just about given up any hope that there is going to be a movie.

It'll happen eventually, but I think the claim of 2005 is a bit outdated.

Remember Spiderman? That took, like, a decade for them to secure the rights for a movie. Batman beat it by 13 years back when everyone started scrambling to make movies of old comics.
