Just a note to anyone trying to access my FTP to download this or other files; My basement flooded a few days ago and I had to move my computer upstairs away from the water (and consequently away from my internet connection aswell). The damage to my stuff was minimal and all that remains is to repair the walls and replace the carpet. I will likely not be able to move my computer back down and connect it to the internet untll those reapirs are completed in a few days.

I have put my copy of the file on my FTP server. You can access it using one of the following addresses:
ftp://ftp_user:ESQhJ@wotan.homelinux.com/...e%20Express.ogm
http://wotan.homelinux.com/pub/Tezuka%20-%...e%20Express.ogm
The file is exactly the same, so you can resume the download with it. However please note that my bandwidth is not as high as Anapan's, expect only a maximum of 10 Ko/s

That explains why I could not download anything.
