It really makes me laugh... Here is my story: I live in Canada and ordered Madman's set from Australia. A month later, after travelling litterally from the other side of the world, I finally got the box! :wahah: In the evening, I chose the "extras" DVD (I was dying to read the subtitles for the first 2 episodes), put it in my DVD player and... found the menu of the first five episodes! :wacko:

I checked the disk again, and sure enough, it was written "vol. 1" on it! :angry: :angry: I then proceeded to check inside all the covers, and I also had "vol. 10" in the volume 9 cover, so basically I had twice volume 1 and 10 and no extras and volume 9. I can't tell you how mad I was, already expecting to have to wait another month to get my Japanese translations and expecting things to get so complex! I was especially scared I'd have to phone Madman, I mean I can speak English, but it was kind of scary to imagine myself speaking English with my big French accent, having trouble to understand his Australian accent at an impossible hour considering the time difference! I was also afraid they'd ask me to send back the double DVDs and didn't want to pay for that or end up paying import duty again... Basically, I was already imagining the worst!

I e-mailed Madman right away, and just a few hours later I got a reply telling me that they'd send the two missing disks the next day. To my surprise, I got them 8 days later! And correctly labeled as a gift so I wouldn't have to pay import duty again! I couldn't have been happier. :wahah: So that makes me the owner of a very unique Madman 13 DVDs collector set! And I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Madman again!

So, I understand how frustrating it is, but hopefully it won't be hard to get the right disks soon.
