There is no need for UMD unless you need more than 9 Gb of data (and PSP UMD seem to be unable to hold more than 1.8 Gb). Moreover, UMD is screwed up with DRM :sick:
Anyway, no game should be linked to a given media. Code the game, make it able to read whatever is needed, and then it can be put on whatever media is available. And for the programming, I might be interested by the job: portability is my speciality :D

The public cannot just burn data to a UMD anyway! :mad:
