Why did Dark Horse skip two Astro Boy manga stories?

I've been working on an Astro Boy manga spreadsheet (available here - http://www.geocities.com/strobe_z/Astro.htm) and I noticed that Dark Horse
skipped two Astro Boy manga stories.

Does anyone know why?

The two I'm talking about are

59 - Jungle Devil Boundary
67 - Chii-tan

I knew there were sealed issues of Black Jack, but I didn't think there were any of Astro Boy. Can anyone shed any light on this?

I think these were not included in the Japanese books either. However, both have animated versions; unfortunately, only Jungle was in the English version. If you care to ask, I can answer questions about either.
