It's a posthumous anime, showcased on the 300-inch screen in the Osamu Tezuka Museum.
No wonder it is not available on DVD. I wish I had seen it, it contains another version of the Blue Knight. This one apparently features Lamp as the antagonist, a role he would play again in 2003.
