Cool! I finally saw the 'Bem' ('Dolly') episode (#4 of this group). It was much different that the Astroboy versions, & seemingly had nothing to do with a super-bomb. http://youtube.com/watch?v=9Rq0MLyO_mE&mode=related&search= However, there was a villian out to capture Dolly, so there were a few similarities between this one & 071 "Last Day of Earth" (E: 062 "Attack From Space") other than Bem/Dolly herself.
#3 was the robot circus episode, Hamegg was just as mean to Mars as he was to Lune or Atom. There was a scene in which Mars met a few old robot performers, who were starved for energy, just as they were in Astroboy #1 (http://www.adultswim.com/video/?episodeID=8a25c39213baccaf0113bbfd970d00b0), but unlike Atom, mars gets energy from food, & was thus unable to share with those unfortunate robots.
