BTW, before I forget, welcome Skorzeny; are you related to the famous Otto of WWII? I had a friend was was a distant relative of the
Horten bros, who built the Reich's flying wing. He was always annoyed when people spelled his name with an 'o' rather than an 'e.'

I am about a year older than you, Skorzeny, & also remember old 45s, but ours were mostly story book records, with accompanying picture books. The record player was 'portable,' but still almost as big as we were.
