yes....
To an extent. But it is modeled more on the hypothesized codes of the Isa'nami and Isa'nagi ninja. Which had been formed by certain Daimyo to stop the Crucifixions and burning and slaying of the children of heaven. A code beyond bushido. The Ninja are not constrained by the code of bushido but follow a higher code.
