Why, that appears to be a 60's wind-up toy, that when wound, Uran bounces a ball. And her thighs are...really, um, big. That picture of her butt was unnecessary. :d oh:

I like the packaging. Astro's all "Wow Uran, you can bounce a ball...no, don't worry, I've got plenty of time..."

Hmmmm. As I said Uran is a Boy Goad and is designed for that Effect.
I wonder if it was licensed?
