Is Australia locked out still?

Everything outside USA is locked out. Copyright stuff

I tried to replace the host by the one in UK, and found a totally unrelated video. So yes it can work outside USA, but not with the same videos. And even with that, I'm sure that it works only in Europe.

Adultswim.com's been giving me this problem since late 2007, and only now did they put up a note about why it wouldn't work for me.

Australia tends to get stuff late, gets locked out of releases with region codes, etc. A lot of television in Australia just ends up getting downloaded over bittorrent. I read somewhere it's the highest rate in the world.
