I just thought of something. If Atom & Atlas are brothers because Atlas was made from Atom's design, what does that make Niki? If I am correct, she, too was based upon Atom's design. And if she was his first love, does that make that love incestous? Sorry for the terrible thought!

I don't know if you know this or not, but Atlas did have one weakness, a female robot he built named Livian.

Good luck with your fan fic, I've been working on my first Astro Boy one myself, which happens to be about Atlas and Livian. However, my fic is based on the 2004 Astro Boy series, didn't see much of the 80's. Livian is different in my fic, for starters, she's not a robot, she's human.

Anyway, let us know when you start putting your story up, I can't wait to read it.

So yeah, she was an early model of Astro. Sister, or half-sister maybe. I guess if you think about it, Uran and Niki are sisters. And Astro's parents have four children: Astro, Atlas, Uran and Niki. :wacko: :blink: :wacko:

Hmmm... I don't want to get things more complicated than they are, but what make Astro's parents really his parents? Were they made from the same model as Astro? If this is the case they are actually his brothers! And what about parents that are borned after one of their children? Usually this kind of mess happens only when time travel is involved

Forget the paradoxical stuff. These two robots serve as, to use Connie Conehead's term, Atom and Uranium's Parental units.

It would make an interesting trivia question, though:

Contestant: "Ok, fictional characters for $1000."
Alex Trebek: "This little boy came into the world not only before his little sister, but before either of his 'parents.'"

Astro's parents weren't made from Astro's design, they were done by Prof Wilson (and maybe Dr Elefun too).
