When is AstroBoy getting to Australia?

I picked up a copy of "disney adventures" magazine today and it states ........

"TV series will premiere in Toonami on the Cartoon Network on March 29 at 5.35pm"

unfortunatly for me i will still have to wait until it comes to free to air tv which i think will be a month or two after.

According to channel 10 later this year although given the fact that even they aren't too sure i'd say June or after -_-

I bought the Disney Adventures mag that mentions Astroboy. There was a big picture of him on the front so I couldn't resist.
Pretty weak coverage inside though - only two pages. One page is a picture, and half the other page is the headline. And they say there's only 26 new episodes.

Marketing reasons.... there are going to be 52 episodes all together correct me if i'm wrong. The first part/season is 26 episodes. They'll save the knowledge of the other 26 to entice people later.

Damn i still have to pick up that mag >_< oh and he is apparently in K-Zone too. Flicking thru the paper it mentions talking about new anime and there is a pic of Atom on the front cover. I'll try to get both tomorrow and scan stuff from the mags in for people ^_^

there is a little bit about him in the K-Zone magazine. not much tho, less then the disney adventures. But i brought it, cause i think im starting to get addicted. :wahah:

OK i got Disney Adventures today but i'll scan when i get K-Zone off my boyfriend who bought it for me ^^ (ran out of money cause i bought the next Atom manga ^^ .

Also saw Atom on the front of DMag or whatever it's called... had the same pic of him flying as on the front of Disney Adventures but much smaller. Might buy that too depending :S it also uses the same phrase on the front: Astro Boy's Back

I also bought the final 8 Astroboy mangas to complete my collection. I bought them online from Kinokuniya in Sydney. Boy are they cheap! They range from $13-$15 each. I used to see these on E-bay for $22-$25.
