I saw an explanation somewhere, this episode was planned, and has been delayed several time, maybe even cancel. Why? Maybe because it was to be shown a short time after 11th march, after the deadly terrorist attack at Madrid... in several trains! As this episode is about a bomb in a train, TV channels may have chosen to not disturb their customers...
