I think there's a Japan Bookshop BV (ph 020-6799238) in the Netherlands, you could try there. The manga says on the back it's for distribution and sale in Australia and New Zealand only, but there might be a slim chance they could order it in for you from Kinokuniya Syndey or Madman Australia.

The ISBN numbers are:
981-4204-30-7
981-4204-31-5
981-4204-32-3

Otherwise you'll have to get an adult to order it for you. I'm not sure if Madman has traditional purchase methods, I can't get their site to load right now.
