A few months to several years, I suppose. It depends on the scale of the production.

I'm sort of happy now that this didn't come out in 2000. Imagine how much better it's going to be now.

Pixar is used to it so maybe 6-7 months if Disney did it. Other companies are new will take up to 2 years which is sad considering it could be a failure. This one they are either not going to begin until 2008 or maybe it will take 3 years but I guess I can wait.

So they're intending to re-create Astro as a 3D-character? I'm excited to see the result, I wonder how they're going to solve the issue of his hair points viewed from different angles.
